Get Professional Development at Tapia Camp during Summer 2019!
Our Educator PD program is a 6-day, 5-night STEM Project Based Learning (PBL) summer camp at Rice University in Houston, Texas and is applicable for teachers from elementary to high school across all subjects. Participants will earn 37 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours. The Tapia Center is certified by the Texas Education Agency under CPE #101-513.
2020 Camp Dates:
Week 1: July 5-10, 2020
Week 2: July 12-17, 2020
Any educator interested in Project Based Learning will gain valuable knowledge and skills at this camp. All educators are welcome. Educators will make progress toward developing a PBL project for their classrooms. Past attendees have included first year teachers, 20+ year teachers, AP teachers, elementary school teachers, librarians, and administrators.
